Developed by American Institute of CPAs, SOC 2 is a voluntary compliance standard for service organizations, and is based on the following Trust Service Criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy. Type 1 describes company’s systems and whether their design is suitable to meet relevant trust principles, and Type II details the operational effectiveness of those systems. As a SOC 2 compliant organization, Nirmata ensures that all the compliance standards are met to protect the data privacy of our customers at all levels.
